Charge for poor work

Three years ago I took a set of Hartebeest horns to Spirit of Africa to get mounted. The skull had some damage, but they said they will see what they can do. R1200 later a got a really ugly looking mount back. I've been too ashamed to display these, and shelved them. This year, I took them a skull and asked if they can remount the horns onto the skull. They called back a few days later saying they can do it for R1200. I said this was too expensive, but I will bring them a set of Buffalo horns to mount. They said they I need to pay the R150 cancellation fee first. For what? I already felt the R1200 was too much to redo the job on the hartebeest, now they want to charge R150 after I said it was too expensive! I'll rather take my Buffalo horns elsewhere.
