Returns policy is outdated

I bought a Helmet from them. R2100. It has got an issue where the sun-visor does not open while the helmet is on your head. Minor issue most likely, I am from JHB. Original delivery is free of charge (price included in the helmet price) but when you have an out of the box or any other issue with the product you need to arrange courier as well as pay all the costs. The cost is only part of the issue. I have never had to use courier service in sending items back. Been doing online shopping for 9 years now. I won't even know where to find a courier company. Why can they not arrange it and we share the costs? Why is the bad product my problem?
