Bad service and workmanship

Job was done but they took shortcuts. Phone then 1 month later to come and fix, as I was unable to open sliding door again. Was suppose to come on Monday, but never come. Arrange for Thursday, Has to phone then as they forgot about appointment. They started the job in the morning, and was suppose to go to office to pick up someone to come and help. Had to phone then again, and still waiting......
