Spirit Cafe - the go to health cafe in Constantia Village, Constantia, Cape Town. Not only does this cafe stock still stream water in glass bottles, but fresh farm milk as well, glass being so much more environmentally friendly than plastic. Fresh vegetables straight from the garden/farm are also found in this wonderful cafe. They also have delicious vegetarian and vegan soups and meals for all you animal *****s out there. Found in Yoga Spirit are wonderful health books as well as THE guide to Cape Town 2026. Not only that, but they have scrumptious sweet bites, nibbles and gateaux for the vegans and vegetarians once again, and those who have problems with gluten and lactose. An added bonus is that the staff is super friendly, helpful and go the extra mile for you the customer. You have been told, go and experience Spirit Cafe, Constantia Village, Constantia, Cape Town for yourself. You won’t regret it, especially if you care deeply about Cape Town’s natural environment, animals and human health! #BlackFriday
