No phone and no refund.

Hi. I'd like to share my experience with this online company. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. I've bought a phone from them, they asked for 50% which I paid, it's now over a month and I haven't received my phone, I asked them to atleast refund me money. I was asked to wait 21 days which I did, I then messaged them, they see the messages and don't reply, and don't answer calls. I don't mind not getting the phone, but at least refund my money and cancel the deal.
