Poor professionalism and lack of customer etiquette

I would like to lay a complaint against Luzuko who apparently is the manager or owner of spine road cafe in khayelitsha. This guy lacks professionalism and judgement in regards to customer relationship and all he cares about is you spending at his spot. Here's my story. About 2 weeks ago we were celebrating a friends bday. While there I spent over R1000 rand in alcohol and food besides the additional extras. The bday girl gets s little tipsy/drunk and gets into a misunderstanding with the other female ladies I'm communing with. One of those girls who is apparently a close friend of Luzuko at Cafe Spine road cafe in khayelitsha, goes to Luzuko to lay a complaint. A couple of minutes later I'm the one who is called behind scenes to attend to this query because there's kind of a long business like relationship between Luzuko and I. As a result of him knowing me he shows me an unclear video recording of the bday girl and I sitting at out table celebrating her day but remember Luzuko's female friend had said the bday girl took her alchohol. .As a result the bday girl was disallowed to enter spine road cafe in khayelitsha. The messed up thing is because she is my friend and I was with her the night of the incident I also got restricted to enter the premises. Today the 3rd of May 2021 almost 2 weeks later I'm out with my brother and out of professionalism I ask the security guard to find out from Luzuko if I can enter with my brother to which he declined.

That was all fine with me but his audacity,guts, vindictiveness and victimization to follow me to the bars next door and request the owners of those bars to escort me and my brother out. Not only was that action ******, but his vindictiveness to leave his own business unattended to mess my night out so as to satisfy Hus female friend who wasn't even there tonight. I have never seen such poor professionalism, such utter disragard for human connection and business ethics. Never have I experienced such level of ***ism simply because of a misunderstanding that wasn't my doing nor my action and fault. This guy literally ignored his business to follow me and my brother to the next door bars so he can convince them to ask us out.

Well firstly Luzuko, thank you for saving me money tonight I didn't intent to spend. Secondly in Khayelitsha you're not the only place of intertainment, there's over 20 other places at the top of my head and as we speak me and my brother are having the time of our lives away from your business. You have a lot to learn, learn hard and learn it well. The customer is always right if ever you're to stay afloat. You're action isn't warrented nor professional and you'll be loosing more business because of your lack of insight.
