Spin247.......1 star is not justice

So I win R1500 and another R500 on spin247. I request them to pay out the R1500 and I'm told they will. So I send my ID and a day later since then and every other day that I get them on their support they tell me a day and another day and another day. How long can it actually take. So today 31/12/2021 I eventually get hold of someone who tells me it's now R500 sine the money was won on free spins and not R1500 as I was previously told. So I agree with them and ask them to put back the R1000 into my freespin account so that I can continue playing with that and they refuse to give me what I won on their system to play with. Well keep it guys. You've lost a player who was never scared to put his own money into your system and LOOSE and now that he wins on your Freeplay system you want that as well. Let's see if you eventually pay me out R500.
