Spin247 is the worst

This is the worst online casino ever. Im not one to complain this is my 1st post on hellopeter ever. But spin247 leaves me no choice. I did a instant eft payment on 27 January 2022 and the cash went off my bank but did not reflect on my online user. Following the links provided to get info eventually i find the answer. "in a this event the transaction will be reversed with in 24hours" I waited 48hours and still no reverse. I tried contacting them via live chat but i am in a queue and an hour later it disconnect and then when i log in again im 13 or 15 in the queue again. I sent numerous emails to support and no reply. Eventually when i got hold of them on live chat two weeks later at like 5am it they said i must load my POP on the space where you load you id and my money will be reversed to my bank account. I did that and its 23 February 2022 now almost a month later and still no reverse and i cant get hold of live chat and no on replies on support emails. Dont use this platform
