Poor service and have not received my R2000

I deposited R2000 on the 2021/08/20 i deposited R1000 and never came through... Done it again for R1000 still no funds in my account... Try to contact them on live chat just keep going in the queue.. I will never use this service again! Would like my money back and my account deleted.
