Disappointed and Dissatisfied

I placed a R6 bet and won.. The winning was suppose to be my bet multip**** by is 6x180 which was suppose to be R1000+ but I got a R72 instead and this happened on many occasions I tried sending a complaint and screenshots but nobody got back to me.
