Good Day

On the 15th of July I paid R150 into my spin 24/7 account, but no money showed up, then I paid another R100 in to see if it would show, it did not either, the money is out of me bank account and it showed done, after I printed done then it shows error, I have been struggling since Thursday to get spin 24/7 in the hands but do not get them on online support nor on their email
