Bad service ,****

I withdrew 500 Rands on the 3rd of November, I never got any funds then I e mail the support team,who told to send my ID again and I did so,but still waiting .When I log in to my account the funds have been proccessed but I got nothing ,I think this is a **** ,they might not **** everyone at once but it's a **** I'll stay away from this site.
