System doesn't deliver

Spilhaus Cradock designed and supp**** a permaset system for 4Ha including pump and fittings. The pump only produces 70% of promised flow and consequently coverage and grass growth is poor.

Spilhaus were informed of this on 3 Nov 2017 but have still not even arranged to come to site.
