Hello, my name is Amelia. I've been ****med of a vehicle in 2019, and I'm still following court dates until today .

On the 1st of October 2019, I went to Pretoria North in Zambezi road in hunt to purchase a vehicle. I approached a dealer shop called spies motors, which is where I saw the vehicle I loved, and I ended up buying it with the sum of 98k . The vehicle was not brand new, but according to them, the vehicle was in perfect condition. we tested drove it, and everything seemed ok, and we purchased it . The following day after purchasing the vehicle my husband and I wanted to drive the vehicle back to northern cape where we come from, however the vehicle started showing defaults and stopped in the middle of the road while we were driving.

Immediately, we contacted the dealership where we purchased the vehicle to inform them of the issue.

Mr spies the owner of the dealership referred us to the owner of the vehicle named John kriel who suggested that he will have the vehicle tow back to the mechanical shop where the vehicle was been check by his mechanic. He also made arrangements to call a mechanic in potchefstroom by the name Atti, who assisted in towing the vehicle to his workshop to have it checked before they come take it back to Pretoria. The mechanic Atti in pochesfstroom suggested the vehicle is not ok and needs to be taken back to where the car was been fixed before .

The following day the vehicle was fetched buy Mr Kriel tow truck as promised to go have a look on it and have it delivered back to us in three days however the matter started changing and we where receiving excuses after excuses as to why it's taking them time to fix the car . They ended up stopping taking our calls, and the vehicle was never returned .

We ended up also revisiting the dealership were we bought the vehicle and the owner Mr spies directed us to the garage to were the vehicle was being fixed and even denied knowing the owner of the vehicle and has refused to assist us further . We even suggested adding more money in order for us to take another vehicle in the garage, but Mr. Spies refused and have not been of any help . As per the document stated that he only sold the vehicle for the owner, but the money was directly paid to the spies' motors account. They refused to give us a refund, sell us another vehicle, or even give us the vehicle we bought. As of date, we still don't have our money or the vehicle . The dealership ****med us and claimed to have no business with us and that we needed to make direct contact with the owner of the vehicle . Please, I need help
