FORMALE COMPLAINT

I did a trade in on the day of 13/07/2021 as I was driving 2016 Polo TSI DSG, and I told the owner Mr Dumisane Sibande that I want R200 000 for the vehicle, so we agreed that he will give me R40 000 in cash for the difference, and same was done. On the day of 15/07/2021 I call/whattsapp him and told him that something is wrong with the vehicle and I need for him to fix everything that's wrong cause I do feel it when I drive the vehicle. He agreed to do so and informed me that he can only do a booking for the mechanic for 19/07/2021. On the night of 01/08/2021 I drove to Potchefstroom with my family while I was driving on the N12 that's when things started to get very serious and worse the vehicle would just swift to the left once the road would like have a dip I immediately called Mr Sibande and yet again I was ignored so I drove the vehicle with the speed of 60km and later 50km just to be safe as my family was in the vehicle and I needed to be cautions, I drove back again to Klerksdorp. On the morning of 02/08/2021 I drove back again as I needed to return this vehicle as I did not want it anymore. That same morning the vehicle's ball joint broke on the front wheel of the left side(passenger side) just as I arrived and took short cut thru Ikageng Township.I was standing for hours as I called Mr Sibande and my calls, whattsapps was ignored again. I called a friend to came and help me so that I can take this vehicle to Spider Cars same was done on 02/08/2021 the vehicle is in his possession, I need for Mr Sibande to give me my money back of R160 000.00 as I do not want a vehicle from his dealership as he is dishonest and don't know how to tried his clients.
