Poor and disgusting customer service

Spicy Den Cradlestone Mall – Poor Food Quality and Unacceptable Service I am extremely disappointed with the service and food I received at Spicy Den Cradlestone Mall. I purchased four samoosas, and they were burnt on the outside but still raw on the inside, making them inedible. I then ordered a small packet of hot chips, but the staff took so long to prepare my order that my lunch break was almost over by the time I received it. The chips were hard, there was no sauce, and when I asked for more salt and vinegar, they added an excessive amount of salt, making the chips unpleasant to eat. The service was just as disappointing. The lady taking orders was sitting on her phone having a lengthy personal conversation instead of serving customers efficiently. Customers were not being informed of prices either. I witnessed another customer order six samoosas and was shocked at the total because the prices had not been communicated beforehand. This experience was completely unacceptable. Customers pay for quality food and professional service, and unfortunately, I received neither. I expect Spicy Den management to investigate this matter, address the poor customer service and food quality at the Cradlestone branch, and ensure that staff are properly trained to treat customers with professionalism and respect. I would also appreciate a response explaining what steps will be taken to prevent this from happening again. Based on my experience, I will not be returning to this branch unless significant improvements are made.
