"I'll get back to you before the end of business" means you will not be hearing from SpiceMecca (Cape Town)

I've placed and order on Spice Mecca's website on January 6th, 2025. I received no confirmation of the order, yet the payment went through. I then informed SpiceMecca of the issue, which they've been "investigating" since January 9th, 2025. To date I have not received any product nor my money back, and that's after countless phone calls and e-mails to them. I thought it wise to inform the public now, on this platform, just to be aware that they might not be dealing with the most "concerned" people when ordering from SpiceMecca.
