Horrible product delivery and customer service
Worst customer service and product packaging. Firstly they send my order to Cape Town when i live in Johannesburg secondly I ordered 13 packets of samyang noodles from them and all were crumbled. Waste of money. Will never support them again

14 Sept 2020, 12:30I called spice word and complained. I was told that I can eat the noodles even if they are broken and to send them pictures of the noodles so that they can see how damaged they are which I did on Friday and still have not gotten a response from them. Absolutely unprofessional and bad customer service
