The worst and most horrible treatment

I have bought a breakfast 23 October and made reservation for the 24th. The lady said i must be there 10am. I went there Saturday 24th with my 4 year old daughter and got to a closed door / gate while raining. I called and after 3 tries a lady answered, i said im standing in the rain with my child , i have an reservation , they should please open the door. The lady's response was that we should wait, she will open. 10 minutes passed and the door is still not being opened. I then called about 12 times after that and there were no answer, this while standing in the rain with my child. Their Saturday hours is 7am-10am.I have never experienced such horrible horrible treatment from a hotel / restaurant.
