Bad Service

I placed a order through Daddy Deals site for a spa treatment last week for my wife's birthday, when i visited the restaurant i was told they can't avail a table for me and my wife, as i ddnt make a booking. Nothing on Daddy deals site neither their site prompt me to make a booking. I queried with Daddy deals one of their agent Mitchell Philip just told me that they have reversed my money back into my account, yet in the emails sent nothing talked about a reversal. I drove from Mitchell's plain to Greenpoint and back again on the 27th of April still this issue hasn't been resolved.
