SHORT CHANGE / BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

BEWARE WHEN SHOPPING AT SPICE EMPORIUM GATEWAY - if you do not have the exact amount of money for your purchase then DO NOT shop here as they give you short change AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPAULLING. When 5 cents change is due to a customer, they do not give you the change - other stores give you 10 cents change when 5 cents change is due to a customer as the 5 cent coins are no longer circulated - may sound a bit silly but think about these 2 points, 1 is if you are 5 cents short on a purchase, the items will not be released to you and 2 think about the cumulative value of all the 5 cents change that is not received by yourself - it adds up! When the owners were contacted in this regard, only after numerous attempts at contact with them did I receive any feedback and when the question of all my lost change was posed to them, I got rude attitude - clearly these people lack quality customer service, neither do they have action plans in place to turn a customer's negative experience into a positive one! I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS STORE EVER AGAIN!!!
