Worst Customer Service from Sphynx Trading cc

Hello Peter, I'm beyond angry and disappointed with service I received from Sphynx Trading (Randfontein/Chamdor). I placed an order of 300 x 48 Family Saver toilet papers with specifications of small embossing. Only to receive incorrect order and the worst service. Sent incorrect stock back, arranged for a different delivery date which was changed more than 3 times. I will not recommend this company to anyone, not sure why I had to fight for a service that I had already paid for. From the 15th of March 2018, I only fought and got balance on the 10th April 2018. Shame on this company, I hope the owner gets to see this message.
