Sphere Photography the worst

Very poor service on design and delivery of photo album. we hired Sphere Photographic for our wedding in Jan 2016 and only received album in July 2017.

Payment was made for a 30 page album and on delivery of the album we only received a 20 page photo book, the layout, size and orientation of the photos now compromised. on quiring for my cash back , i was told that i would be given cash for only 10 pages, which would be useless as the layout of the exisiting 20 page would not change . :(

I was also told they would redo the album for me but we did not accept this option as I live in Cape Town and with Sphere Photographic poor track record on delivery i did not want to go through this ordeal again.

Sadly no cash was given back to me to redo do my album in Cape Town.
