Very bad customer service at Sphahlo Paleis in Pretoria Capitol Towers

I received very bad customer service at Sphahlo Paleis in Pretoria Central (Capitol Towers). Cashier woman is very rude, no smile and chats on her phone while us as customers have to wait for her. The guys at the back preparing food are also unprofessional, serving food to people like they are working at a zoo. From now on, If I want a Sphahlo, I will rather go to the township to get one.
