Bad Stepdown

I have already complained to my doctor and Discovery about this appalling step-down facility in Blouberg eg a call button not working, no cutlery, no working panic buttons in bathroom, crutches left out of reach, etc etc etc. I now have had to call 5 times to ask for a statement of account. No response although one person, Soraya promised to phone back but, par for the course, didn't. The only good thing about the facility are the physiothe******s who are first class
