We did a LOD with them for a legal matter, we then agreed to take a followup call, which they never took, phoned up to ask what happened to the call, was told attorney was running late with a urgent matter and would call me later during the same day. Six hours later still had no call so followed up and a kid picked up the phone and said he completely forgot to relay the message and he will do it now. couple hours later followed up and said he’s forgotten to relay it again followed up via email and WhatsApp and keep getting the same reply the following day that if I would like to take a call, I need to pay for it even though I had one already scheduled. Received countless emails, giving us the same reply after which they decided to close our case and didn’t want to deal with us. The most unprofessional service from a legal firm I have ever come across and highly recommend that nobody does business with this firm as their service is appalling.
