Worst store ever

No service whatsoever. I ordered shoes beginning of July, was told it would be there month end. End of July came, nothing, end of August, nothing. Almost end of September, still nothing. I keep being told tomorrow. I want my money back. The owner and the staff all lie continuously to a person, they don't know themselves what is going on. Terrible, terrible shop
