The quality of their shoe is disappointing

I bought their shoes after I saw them on their instergram page I liked their designs as they are local brand wanted to support I searched for their shop I went to pta store in cbd n bought a pair and lay buyer a pair for my sister this was in July boom three months later the shoes's colour is disappearing quickly and it looks more older than the shoes I had for 5 years before this and whats is am a shoe fanatic I buy shoes more than cloths and all the old shoes are still in good condition except their spetelete I only wore it less than 5 times then it started falling off.i send and inbox to their Insta account I didn't get the response it cost 1800 and even shoes i bought of less than that amount still look fresh and new than the local brand spelete their designs are catchy but my shoe looks like I was bought ko marabastat n branded in cbd n put in the shoes in less than 3 months and after I complained I was ignored guys you say support black business but your services are bad
