Spelete lay-by

I made a lay-by at sunny park Spelete store, when I went to fetch my lay-by they told me thy already sold my lay-by and they didn’t have my size anymore, like who can sell someone’s lay-by what kind of store does that, they told me to choose another alternative shoe since thy couldn’t have de same shoe I made a lay-by on, I told them , that shoe was the one I wanted not any other shoe and demanded a refund then they told me I will get my refund after 14days now my plans need to stop en wait for them to refund me after 14day en I’m still waiting for my refund even now
