Bad service, no communication

I went to Spelete in sammy Marks : Pretoria on the 1st December 2021 with my son, we wanted to buy him christmas shoes but unfortunately size8 was not in stock. when we were about to leave , a guy who was assisting us (name is Thabiso) suggested that there is a new stock coming on saturday the 4th you can make a pre-order pay now and come collect on saturday. he showed us the pictures, fine we agreed and paid. he said we will give you a call on saturday to let you know that you can come and collect. Saturday arrived, we did not receive any call then on sunday morning i called him he said no sester im sorry we had a challenge the stock did not arrive they promised that it will arrive this coming saturday, we apologize for not communicating. fine, i said its ok i can wait until the coming saturday which is the 11th. that date arrived, i received no call from the shop. i called him again on sunday the 12th he told me the same story, sorry we couldnt communicate the stock will arrive tomorrow which is monday. fine, monday i still did not receive any communication until i call him again on the morning of the 16th (yesterday). i received same excuses from Thabiso, at this point i was furious and i asked for his manager/owner's number he refused. i told him, listen Thabiso today i am leaving to Limpopo its either you give me my son's shoes or refund me because i cannot afford to buy another shoes while i fully paid you guys but you are not giving me what i paid for. he refused to give me his manager/owner's contacts and i hanged up. suddenly i guy called Tebogo called me, he already knew my story, he apologized and said i must text my banking details he will refund me right away. i sent the detail at around 9:45 am he responded that he received them . i waited for proof of payment the whole of yesterday, nothing. today the 17th, i was hoping that the money will possibly reflect in my account but nothing, i sent him a text at around 9:10 am requesting proof of payment and still no respond.
