Worms found in Spekko rice

I would like to draw your attention to the quality of the food being sold in your Games store in Greenstone mall While I would normally bring this up with the manufacturer of the food, the items in question are from your grocery section, which I believe should be more closely monitored for expired foods. On Friday, 31 January 2020, I had purchases a 1kg Spekko rice from Games store in Greenstone mall. Upon opening the product, the next day, I had the worse sight ever. To my disbelief, there were little white worms in that rice which was still alive and moving about. I would like to foward pictures and a video of this as well as my receipt. I was highly disappointed for the first time from the quality of the product from your store. I really need to understand that what actions would be taken from your side about my vague experience and dissatisfaction. I hope the issue will be considered on the priority basis with the possible resolution for the continuous relation with a loyal customer like me.
