Terrible service and bad attitude!

Middleburg (Speedy) Point S Tyre and Fitment.....do not waste your time! We called ahead to carefully plan EVERYTHING! We needed to do all 4 shocks and had to travel from Dullstroom . Okay: the front shocks not fitting we could understand was not their fault. We were there for at least 3.5 hours while they looked for the right ones. We were then told that it's only from the agent so we had to come back . We agreed: no problem. They even suggested waiting for the wheel alignment until this week ( the next week) so it's not a waste of money. When we paid the lady was very nice saying that the woman who ordered the new shocks will call as they arrive so we know which day to come back. Great.....then NOTHING! So I called today. The woman who apparently ordered them said that there's no reason for her to call us, because she told my fiance that they're only from the agent and now, suddenly, she apparently cannot get them!? Then she very rudely told me that she's sure she told me too. It was the tone and the attitude. I reminded her of what actually happened: we were told that she ordered them and we were to come back one day this week. Her attitude was basically too bad, it's not happening.....so service: extremely poor! Do not waste your time and money, because even with new back shocks, our car is still not better enough to say a job well done. Terrible attitude from the younger woman. I am only giving 1 star because we have to!
