SPEEDY FITTED WRONG TYRE

I am very disappointed that until now my problem has not been resolved. I came on the 07 December and bought a tyre for the A4 2.TFSI New shape and was sold a small size. My wheel bolts plastic caps were also missing. I came back to report but was told the manager is not around. I habd been calling non stop and every time i get someone who either says they cant help they will call back or tells me its impossible that they did that. How could they put 225 instead of 245 and expect the car to be fine. I cant drive the car because its the wheel size is damaging its balance and AUDI cant help. I am sending this email now hoping you will respond with a solution because I am tired and stressed. The date 7th Dec, time : 16h45: Amount paid : R1950 for a bridgestone that you called another branch to bring. It was raining heavily.
