Shocking!

My car’s shocks are shot. Still within the 3 year guarantee and I was assured that it would be replaced within a day or 2. No phone call after more than a week. My family’s safety is at risk! The owner / manager also told me that the Gabriel factory was internally sabotaged at some stage. I requested that I am then reimbursed to replace the shocks with Monroe as I no longer trust Gabriel. He was of the opinion that Monroe are not good shocks albeit being an agent. Just replace the shocks pretty please...
