Poor Customer Service

I recently had one of my business vehicles sent to Speedy in Pinetown to have new brake pads fitted. I was later contacted by the manager who informed me that the discs also need replacing. I was quoted a price. Later in the afternoon I was contacted and informed that they made a mistake and the spares they ordered and fitted was wrong.

The price will be increase and the vehicle will only be ready on Monday. I was not happy with the blanket "it will be more expensive comment". I informed the branch manager that I was not happy and that I will make contact with their franchise office.

I did on Monday. I spoke to a Mr Brett Greene. Who then explained that "people make mistakes" and that I am ging to have to pay for the difference in price. I told him I am not happy about it, he then told me to put it in an e-mail. I informed him that it is a delivery vehicle and that I don't have time to send mails I want the matter sorted out.

Mr Greene then responded with "don't threaten me".

Mr Greene, I would like to make it very clear that I DID NOT threaten you. I do not threaten. I am a savvy consumer. I know that the most effective way to deal with poor service and attitude from suppliers and service providers is to tell everyone of your experience and to with hold your own business,

With even a small amount of positive attitude and a little bit of effort, the matter could have been resolved. Instead you became defensive and down rite rude. Not acceptable Mr Greene. The customer is not always rite, but is always KING.
