Pathetic service and ***********

I arrived at the fitment centre at exactly 10:00 and they started working on my car immediately. Came in to fit a set of coi*****s. Staff member who initially started helping me was extremely rude and ignored every single thing I asked him. Then another guy started working on my car who seemed to know absolutely nothing about the job. He eventually got the front coi*****s in after 3 or 4 hours then started working on the rear. Long story short the process took me roughly 6 hours. My speed sensor was damaged by the staff member in the process. I supp**** the parts and somehow brought the incorrect springs for the rear. I told them I would be back the next day (today) to sort it out. Took it back this morning to repair and fit correct springs in the rear. Now the manager (I think) wants me to pay again after I made payment yesterday for the full amount including alignment which I was only going to do today after everything was sorted out and correct. Absolutely pathetic from a franchise. I'm leaving without having the rear installed. She wants to charge me half the amount I paid yesterday again!!!!!
