Pathetic service
Imagine dropping off your car for a routine Shocks, cv and bearing fitment. When you pick your car at the garage later, it does not start. My car had to be push started from the garage. After a whole 48 hours of my word against theirs about my battery, I eventually asked for my car with my dead battery back. To top it off, the mechanic that came to drop off my dead battery had no tools to put my battery back in. I don't mind paying for a fitment or a new battery, but what ticked me off was the lack of respect and admission of guilt that they probably left the ignition on the whole time the car was being worked on. That's all I required and I would have gladly paid for a new battery from them. Contacting the Bridgestone headoffices was a total waste of time as they took the guys side and didn't bother to consider what \I"the paying client had experienced. I feel that this experience with Speedy has really dented my ability to trust any brand under their umbrella (Superquick) or any franchise associated with Bridgestone. """
