Disappointing experience Speedy Vryburg

I travel for business. I hit a pothole and took my vehicle to Speedy Vryburg, where initially they were helpful. The problem arose when I needed the new trye authorised through fleet management. I was first informed that the dealership was unable to get through to fleet services. I tried myself and got through , but fleet services wanted to deal with the merchant only. Thereafter I was informed by the dealership that Fleet services could not pick up my vehicle. I called back again, and fleet services could pick up my vehicle details. I became exasperated at this point . The dealer told the fleet management agent that he did not have the whole day to authorise my vehicle. The dealer also became rude and abrasive ; and threatened to remove the tyre they had put on the vehicle. I requested that my spare tyre be put back on the vehicle, and this was comp**** with. As I was driving away I realised that the dealership had kept my rims. I had to drive back and request that they be returned . I was stranded far from home and found the dealership aggressive and abrasive, and unwilling to assist me . Very disappointing and I will not return to this franchise or recommend it .
