Damaged shock mounting

Hi,<br> <br> I took my car to the speedy at midrand last week Friday on the 27/03/2015 to fit in my new KYB shocks,<br> <br> the mechanic did not fit the well because he was rushing to go home and when i left the please i stared to hear noises on front right hand side of the wheel.<br> <br> i then took the car back on Tuesday the 30/03/2015 and the mechanic saw that he did not tighten the shock properly and he tightened it again.<br> <br> i left the premises and came back on the 01/04/2015 as the sound was still there but it was better than the last time, the sales person allocated a different mechanic to check then the mechanic stated that the shock mounting is damaged and i need a new one.<br> <br> i told the sales person then he said i must buy a new shock mounting and i stated that i will not buy it as the mounting was damaged due to improper fitting by their mechanic and the sales person (Jan)said they will also not buy the mounting .<br>
