Damage due to bad service

<p>I went to Speedy Amanzimtoti at about 12 today to ask for assistance in chanching a flat tyre with my spare wheel. after about 5 minutes they brake their wheelspanner and didnt atempt using another, I was told i would have to pay R300 if the wheelspanner broke again. I was then asked to move my car as they could or did not want to help me. I rep**** by saying I will contact Head Office regarding this poor service and "****ey" attitude wich is very unprofessional and unexceptable, they gladly gave me the number ********** 900 . I said i can not move my car as my rim will get damaged. they pumped up my tyre and was told to go. Half way to the next Tyre shop the wheel was dead flat and my rim got damaged. On arrival at Super Q they changed my wheel within 10 minutes and it only cost me a wheel nut and R20. With the rim being damaged I hold Speedy responsble for the cor of a new audi 15" rim and an apology from the staff member at Speedy as this coulf of been avoided by assisting me properly. On the Speedy website there is only one contact number ********** 900 and no email??</p>
