Car was broken after new tyres was fitted

Took in my car to get new tyres fitted. When I drove the car again it was ratteling and the stering wheel was skew. Took the car back to them, they put the car back on the machine but the stering wheel is still skew. The said there was something wrong with the stabilizing thing and I must get it fixed. They broke my car and doesn't want to fix it.
