Bad service at Speedy

I made a deal with Taheer to put 4 tyres on my mothers car at R2360 all in including alignment and when my brother arrived Taheer refused to do alignment telling him he must pay extra for it, which was not the deal. I am really not happy with that as we had a deal. Thats not a way to run a sustainable business and i hope it will be fixed so others can have a better experience. I was hoping for a long lasting business relation as i run a shuttle company and often need to put tyres on my cars.

I went to see Taheer at Speedy tyre & fitment centre Sandton and the way he spoke to is like he didnt care about my dissatisfaction with his service.

Overall bad bad experience and i would not recommend it to anyone.

They obviously dont care about customer satisfaction. Sad to say his manager didnt even bother to come and address the situation.
