Bad service delivery

So apparently this is the first time am using this Speedy towing and spares to tow my vehicle from Johannesburg to cape Town.... I wouldn't want any other person to have the same experience as mine.

Firstly I was told make the full payment before collection and delivery which I did.

I was told my vehicle is going to arrive in 2 days time but only for it to arrive a week late.

Upon delivery of the vehicle at my premises their driver carelessly caused a huge damage on my property which I took pics of. I've got pics of the tow truck, the driver on the scene and also a video of it.

I have forwarded this evidence to the owner called Karen but she never got back to me...

I would gladly appreciate if you guys can assist me to get this guy's to come fix the damage they caused on the property. Thank you.
