Deceptive name and discriminatory service

After receiving a pamphlet drop, I called to get someone from Speedy Roof Repairs to give me a quote on one the services they provide, which is fitting Skylights. The gentleman arrived after a week given that they were quite busy. After telling him what I needed done and sending my email address to his assistant, I waited for another week to get a quote. this never arrived. And now, a week later still no quote. So I'm wondering maybe the job I have is just too small or am I dealing with a little more than bad service here, perhaps **************? I feel that if people cannot keep to the promise in their name then they should not be in business.
