Idiotic service from a *****

<p>I called Speedy-Plumbers from a cell number on their website [speedy-plumbers.co.za] this morning and was asked to submit my details via sms and someone would call me back. I said it was to o complicated and then went on to call Monster Plumbing who took my details and have despatched a plumber to assist me as I write this missive. Speedy-plumbers response was to send me an sms with the word "clown "in the message body. I responded by saying that I would consider publisheing the inappropriate response on social media and received a second sms with the wording " Well done do you want a Nody [sic] badge you are a clown" Is this how the company employees are trained to deal with clients? One can only imagine the quality of work a company like this would offer.</p>
