On Thursday afternoon the 5th November 2025, our house's electricity tripped and after investigating I found that the geyser caused the the problem. I contacted my Insurance Brokers, Choice Insurance Brokers, who immediately contacted Hollard Insurance. Within the hour, Speedy Plumbers contacted me and I informed them that they could call on us the following day. Early yesterday morning they were at our gate. They inspected the geyser showed me a photograph of the problem, left the premises and within an hour returned to replace the geyser. The two friendly gentlemen, Arend and Christiaan were efficient, informative regarding our concerns and it was just a pleasure having them in our home.
