Rude personnel that refuse to give me letters

I have borrowed money and was not in capacity to repay. The debt according to the last payment date is prescribed now and this is what rude emails their personnel write to the clients. I just want a prescribed debt letter on my accounts THAT is all it gives her NO right to send these mails or refuse if the last payment date was 3 years ago. so because they load late payment interest the debt can not describe and it clearly state 3 years from the last payment date. Please can someone capable and competent assist me with a prescribed debt letter

This is incorrect.

There is late payment interst loaded each month and this loan will only be written off at the end of the year.

The client can not open accounts / borrow money and never repay
