Delayed Refund

In the past +/- 3yrs had a credit due to me. I complained to the company they referred me to the branch manager by the name of Debbie Vermaak which we communicated via email & going forward she stopped replying to my emails. Long story short, last week on Friday the 4th I went to Debbie's office which she promised to refund same day between 6pm & 9pm & nothing happened on that day... On Monday I called the office, Debbie was off duty but the lady on the line said it should be paid same day (Monday) between 6&9pm, again nothing happened. Now on Tuesday I called and emailed Debbie she told re submit the documents which I did with the hope of refund on Tuesday & nothing happened. On Wednesday I went to Debbie who told me to send my bank statements yet agaaaain, promised me the refund on Wednesday which was in vain again. I am not so sure what's so speedy about them if they fail to be speedy about a refund of +/-3yrs.
