Poor Immigration Service.

<p>Working with them since 2009 and always a very good service up to 2013. In 12/2013 app**** for permanent residence. Did many follow up during that period but no luck. In May 2014 needed to extended temporary permit. Again many, many follow ups, no results, visited their offices regularly, left my passport there too in 2014 and 2015. In May 2015 I was told by the DHA directly that the permanent permit was approved in June 2014. I therefore handled the application myself as Speedy was not aware of this, which resulted in court case between myself and the DHA because Speedy didn't do their job properly and I was forced to solve the matter through my attorney. Costs R. 25k. At all times Speedy has not informed me and I was left alone, they didn't even know that my file was moved from Soweto to the DHA Provincial Head Office, I had to tell them that. If you have immigration services to be done, avoid this company, perhaps they are good at other things but immigration is not their strong point, better to avoid them.</p>
