poor service

My Name is Tshegofatso, I am writing this review in regards to the poor service I have received with Speedy Finance SA. They are refusing ti refund my money back and all the do when you call they keep saying they will do a follow up call back but they don't. I am expecting them to refund back my money into my bank account
